Registered address service

Registered business address is an official company address that is required by the Register of Legal Entities for every company. When forming a new legal entity or changing the address of an already established company, the owner of the premises at this address has to issue and sign a permit. We provide such a permit to register the company at our premises.

If you prepare the company documents online in the Register of Legal Entities system, the Register of Legal Entities sends us the permit and we sign it online.

If you fill in the JAR-1 form on paper to submit at the notary office or Register of Legal Entities branch, we issue and sign the permit in a paper form. You may collect the document at our office or receive it by post.

How much does a registered address cost?
Every virtual address has individual terms and prices. Please review them by clicking Order next to the address you like.
How to order a virtual office for my business?
Orders are accepted online. Please choose the address and click Order. Enter your company name and click Order Now. You will be directed to the self-service portal Kasa.lt. There you will enter the payer details and get a proforma invoice to pay by wire transfer, PayPal or cash.

Why do registration address prices differ?

The price of a registration address depends on the location in the city, the variety of additional services, the number of registered companies and other factors. The price can vary significantly.

Most often, the cheapest addresses are located outside the city center, they do not provide any additional services and several hundred or several thousand companies are registered there. The most expensive addresses are located in prestigious business centers in the central part of the city, they have a full-time administrator, they provide all virtual office services and only a few or several dozen companies are established there. You can ask for more detailed information about each address by phone.

Is it possible to order an address for a shorter period?

Registration address services can be ordered only for periods offered in the order form.

You can use the ordered address for a shorter period, even for a few days. However, payment for the unused period is not refundable.

Can I order an address for an individual?

No, we only offer addresses for companies.

The owner of the premises signs the document “Consent to provide premises for the registered office of a legal entity” formed in the Register of Legal Entities self-service system within the period specified in the address conditions, starting from the moment of the client’s notification. This period is published on the registered address service order page. For different addresses, it varies from 15 minutes to 2 business days. We cannot speed up the signing process, so if you are in a hurry, choose an address with a maximum signing time that is acceptable to you.

When the client fills out the documents in the Register of Legal Entities self-service system and sees that the document “Consent to provide premises for the registered office of a legal entity” is unsigned (see below), he must log in to the Kasa.lt self-service portal and click the button on the service management page that he is already waiting for a signature. The consent is signed with an electronic signature only after the Register of Legal Entities forms this document and when the client notifies us about it.

Consent to provide premises for the registered office of a legal entity

If the time period announced at the address has passed, and the document is still not signed, please contact us – there must have been some technical problems with the documents you submitted.

If you choose to receive a paper consent in the self-service system, you will receive an email notification where and when you can pick up the prepared document. Most of our offices in Lithuania are open during normal business hours. If you need the consent urgently and the working hours are already ending, you can call before placing an order and ask which office will still have time to issue the consent today.

The order page for some addresses indicates that the consent can be delivered by mail. Information about its delivery will be provided in the same e-mail after payment for the service.

Can you sign a premises lease agreement?

The registration address service includes only the issuance of the document “Consent to provide premises for the registered office of a legal entity” intended for the Register of Legal Entities. We do not issue or sign any other documents as part of this service. These would be separate, additional services.

In rural areas, we can usually rent out industrial premises.

How do you guarantee the confidentiality of received letters?

Employees who administer incoming letters are obliged by their employment contracts to keep all information received at work confidential and are materially liable for it.

If you have granted us authorization to accept registered correspondence, when delivering court procedural documents, the postmen open the envelope. If you want to collect such envelopes directly from the postmen, do not grant us authorization - then we will only accept notifications from the postmen to collect the envelopes at the post office.

What do you do if I do not order the correspondence service?

The employee administering the mailbox has a list of only those companies that have ordered the correspondence administration service. Letters addressed to any other company are destroyed.

Is it possible to order the correspondence service for a shorter period?

The correspondence administration service is ordered for the same period as the registration address. If you want to order the correspondence administration service for a shorter period, choose a shorter registration address service period.

Do you accept parcels from couriers?

No. We only accept letters delivered by postmen. Our offices are not physically capable and our employees are not prepared to accept any parcels.

If you want to accept parcels at our address, you can provide the courier with your phone number and meet him at our building at the agreed time.

Are there any new letters?

We notify you of each new letter received by e-mail. If you did not receive a notification, there are no new letters.

How to cancel the registration address service?

To terminate the provision of the registration address service, you must register the company’s registered office at a different address or liquidate the company. Only the company’s shareholders can change the company’s registered office or liquidate it. Their decision is implemented by the company’s manager.

The service is terminated on the day the changes are registered and visible in the Register of Legal Entities, and not when you submit your request. That is, even while the company is being liquidated and has an appointed liquidator, it still uses the registered office address and must have a valid consent from the owner of the premises to use the premises for the registration of its registered office.

As long as the Register of Legal Entities shows that the premises are the registered office of a legal entity, the service is being provided and cannot be terminated. The service provider records the provision of the paid service and calculates service fees.

The circumstances of whether or not a company carries out economic activities do not affect this, since the registered office address service is used not to carry out economic activities, but to legally exist and to reach the company’s managers.

What will happen if the registered office address service is not renewed?

If a company does not renew the registered office address service, it must register its registered office at another address before the service expiration.

If the company does not properly terminate the registered office address service, but also does not pay for its renewal, the service provider will collect service fees, non-renewal and late payment interest.

If the company is recognized as insolvent, the owner of the premises requests the Register of Legal Entities to deregister the company’s registered office. The Register of Legal Entities unilaterally deregisters the company’s registered office and, in accordance with Article 1 of Part 2.70 of the Civil Code, has the right to initiate the liquidation of the legal entity.
